YDP's Official Policy on Privacy

It is important to YDP officials that its clients’ info is kept private. This privacy policy tells you about our company, how we gather, share, and use Personal Information, and your privacy rights. You should read this privacy policy all the way through to make sure you understand everything. Because we want it to be easier for you to read the parts of this privacy policy that relate to you, we have split the document into sections that are just for Customers (Section 2), Contacts (Section 3), and Visitors (Section 4). Everyone has to follow Sections 1 and 5. If you have any questions or issues about how we use your Personal
Information, please get in touch with us using the information at the end of Section 5. Whenever we let you know about new or different privacy policies, those policies will apply to those exchanges.

Who We Are 

YDP Official is a digital marketing firm with its main office in Pakistan. Digital media marketing, search engine optimization, email campaigns sent and managed across platforms, pay-per-click (PPC) ads, public relations and branding, and website development are some of the things we do. We also offer other marketing-related services, like data analytics and community insights, to help our clients make their marketing better. Read on to learn more about the things we do. 

2. Customers’ right to privacy
A. The Data We Collect

What Personal Information we collect from you relies on how you interact with YDP Official, the services you use, where you are, and the laws that apply. The Personal Information we do collect, on the other hand, is mostly in these groups: 

Information You Give Us: When you become a client of YDP Official and use our services, talk to our team, send us an email, or talk to us in any other way, you (or your organization) may give us some Personal Information. The following may be in this information: 

Information on how to get in touch with a business, like the name of the business, its location, phone number, email address, and country Marketing data, like how you’d like to be contacted Troubleshooting and supporting data is information that you give us or that we get from other sources when you ask for help. This could include information about how to contact or identify you, what you say in chats and other messages with us, and the product or services
you are using that are connected to your help request; and Information about payments, such as your account address 

(ii) Data that we automatically gather:
When you use YDP Official’s services, we may automatically get or collect “Services Usage Data” about your device and how you use the services. Some countries, like those in the European Economic Area (EEA), have laws that protect personal information. In these countries, this information is called Personal Information. We and our third-party partners gather some of this information through cookies and other tracking tools.


iii. Information We Get From Other Sources: We may get information about you from public records, social media sites, third-party data providers, and our collaborative marketing partners from time to time. 

B. How Personal Information Is Used
You can give us Personal Information through the services, and we may use it by itself or with other data we get from other sources for the following reasons and under the following legal grounds:

To bill you and collect the money you owe us for the services you used in line with our contract with you or, if we don’t have a contract with you, because it’s in our best interest to run and manage our services. This includes telling you if we need a new credit card number and giving you emails, bills, receipts, and notices of delinquency. Third parties handle the safe processing of credit card transactions for us. These third parties collect billing information from you in order to handle your orders and credit card payments. Read the “Our Security” part of this privacy policy to find out more about the steps we take to keep that information safe.

We have a reasonable interest in managing the services and giving you certain features, so we have the right to send you system alert messages.
To follow the law, which means following court orders, valid discovery requests, valid subpoenas, and other legal tools that are meant to help people.
In our legitimate interests, we give information to agents and advisors, such as lawyers and accountants, to help us meet legal, accounting, or security requirements.
To both go to court and defend yourself in an arbitration, court case, or other legal procedure.
Legal requests from the government must be met, such as those related to national security or law enforcement.
To work on data analytics projects because it’s in our best business interests to make our goods and services better for our members. For our data analytics projects, we use information from YDP Official accounts, like Contacts’ Personal Information, to provide and improve the services. If someone emails us at info@ydpofficial.com, they can always choose not to be involved in data analytics projects. As always, we care about the safety of Personal Information and will continue to put in place the right protections to keep this Personal Information safe from misuse or disclosure without permission.
We serve you based on our legitimate interests in supporting our marketing efforts so that we can tailor our services, content, and ads to your interests. Your Personal Information may be used by us and our third-party marketing and advertising partners to send you marketing information, product suggestions, non-transactional communications (like emails, telemarketing calls, SMS, or push notifications), and personalized ads about our business, as
long as you agree to these terms and your marketing preferences.

C. Cookies and other technologies that track you
As we’ve already talked about, when you use our services, our third-party partners and we may use different technologies to collect and store Usage Data. These technologies may include cookies and other similar tracking technologies. This information is used to track how well email efforts are doing, to give you analytics data, to make our services better, and for the other reasons listed above.
